Do you charge a call-out fee before quoting?

Is there a discount for pensioners?
Yes, we offer a 10% pensioner discount, and new customers get $50 off first service. Just mention either when you book and we will apply it to the quote.
Can I get finance for a bigger system?
Yes. Humm interest-free finance is available for larger jobs, which spreads the cost of a new ducted system or a full replacement without a lump sum up front.

Yes, because our summers are dry rather than humid. It runs cheaply with windows or vents open, though it will not heat, so plan a separate winter solution.
What is the best heating option for winter?
Reverse-cycle splits and ducted systems heat and cool from one unit, and ducted gas heating suits homes already on mains gas. Both handle our genuinely cold winters well.
How often should my system be serviced?
Once every twelve months, ideally in spring. Dry summers push fine dust into filters and coils, and evaporative units also need their pads and water feed checked each year.
